One piece of constructive criticism came
through loud and clear as the FBHOF induction articles went up on
Razzball.com - "what about the
1970s!". Great players such as George Brett, Dave Winfield, and
Reggie Jackson missed out on enshrinement because their career's began
in the 1970s, well before the cut-off of the Fantasy Era (1980 onwards).
While I won't change my methodology, I can give the stars of the past
their proper due. In my spare time I'll be going back in baseball history, decade by decade, to discover the "would be" Fantasy Baseball Hall of Famers had the game been in existence at the time.
After compiling each decade I'll post a new "Top FBHOF List" below. Each new decade will be highlighted to easily identify the latest changes.
